The Tool Joints are made of AISI 4137H premium alloy steel fully Q&T with the IPSEN Furnace. All the joints are inspected by Florescence Magnetic Particle and the Ultrasonic method. The pipe body goes under very serious inspection in conformance with API. 5D. The welding between the drill pipe an tool joint is accomplished with the Friction Welding machine, the welding process is swift & steady under computer control.
