Drilling Reamer The roller stabilizer (drilling reamer) is used for all kinds of reaming stabilization in drilling operation, especially the function of stabilization in drilling of the abrasive formation. It is a very popular tool for hole size from 4 5/8 to 26¡å. Additionally, it can be used in different hole when same body is equipped with different bearing block and roller. The body is made of modified alloy steel, fully heat treated to 285 341Brinell hardness and 54J minimum impact strength. Rollers are available below: 1. Narrow-teeth type is used for cutting of hole wall for soft formation. 2.Wid-flat-teeth type is used for crushing into pieces of borehole wall for medium and hard formation. 3.Inserted tungsten carbide alloy type is for hard formation.....
